Everrick Magwood, Owner and Founder
Being a business owner and entrepreneur is something that Mr. Magwood has aspired to since he was in the fourth grade. He has been able to realize his dream to help other business owners, families and homeowners along the way. Customers become friends who feel more like family after building a relationship with Mr. Magwood and the PSG, and it is his intention that these lifelong relationships are built on honesty, transparency and the highest standards of integrity.
The rights that are afforded to us as Americans are often out of reach for the people who need them the most, due to cost or lack of access. PSG is also committed to working with the leaders in the industry when it comes to providing legal and identity protection for his individual clients and families and even as employee benefits for businesses. In fact, Mr. Magwood is so committed to paying it forward that he and the PSG family are willing to help other aspiring entrepreneurs realize their dreams of owning their own business as well. |
Matt Rainey
Matt Rainey is a customer turned employee for the PSG empire. Originally from Georgia, Matt has a background as an automotive technician. He attended UTI in Florida before beginning a career with Mercedes-Benz in the Charleston market. After deciding to coach his son’s flag football team with the community, he changed his career and set himself on a new path.
Now he is living life on his own terms while being there for his son as much as possible, with no work-related restrictions on his family life. He seeks to utilize the new time freedom to excel in personal and professional development, setting the tone for financial freedom and sharing his journey with others as inspiration to spark change. |
Allison Mackey
In the PSG family, customers become friends, family and sometimes employees. After working with Mr. Magwood and PSG on upgrading her alarm system and installing a solar system, as part of a whole home efficiency upgrade, Allison Mackey came on board as a member of the team. Allison grew up in Charleston, and she has family in the area that goes back for generations. After attending public schools in West Ashley, Allison followed in her mother’s footsteps to become a teacher. Ms. Mackey graduated from Clemson University with a secondary Education degree with an emphasis in English. It was important to Allison to return to Charleston and teach in high-needs areas where she could make a difference with the students that she taught. After teaching middle school for twelve years, Ms. Mackey enrolled in the master’s program at Lander University with an emphasis in Primary Montessori Education. Allison taught Primary Montessori in Charleston County for two years before making the decision to change professions. As the mother of one teenager, Ms. Mackey stays involved in local sports and arts through the schools in the Charleston area. As a part of the PSG team, Allison makes connections between local businesses, residents and community members and the products and services that will be the most beneficial to them.

Fredricka Terry
Ms. Terry remains an excited member of Team PSG. By offering families and local programs the opportunity to take part in the award-winning services that PSG provides, Ms. Terry is creating that new legacy and future she dreamed of everyday. She brings an honest, growth-focused mentality and years of experience in administration and team culture development to the group, as well as a heart to serve others. It is her goal to share her knowledge and experiences with everyone with whom she comes in contact and can help. Her motto is, “If I’ve got it. You’ve got it.” Ms. Terry is the proud mother of one son, an entrepreneur and business owner, who also resides in the Charleston, SC area.
